Every year we strive to offer inspired, original and creative solutions, through design build, infill marquees, bespoke menus, food delivery, entertainment, staff and uniforms.

This year the landscape has changed, and we look forward to offering creative elevated dining experiences from the comfort of guest's homes. 



The Big Group has a simple commitment to a sustainable process of sourcing our food and beverages locally, when in season, and in as fresh a state as possible. We believe in supporting local providores, suppliers, and companies to strengthen local economies. We recognise that buying locally and in season is also common sense, and part of what makes us leaders in the hospitality market. 



At The Big Group we are very serious about the health and safety of our people. That includes our crews and our customers.

We deliver within a 20km radius from Richmond VIC. If you would like to place an order outside of our radius please contact us to organise a custom delivery. All orders will be delivered on the morning of the race day unless otherwise instructed.

All of our deliveries will be contactless, meaning that the food you order is prepared, packed and delivered under the strictest health and safety standards and procedures. All points of this process are designed to minimise/eliminate contact and maximise customer experience.

Your order will arrive to your door packed in cardboard boxes complete with our iconic BOX'D branding. Everything inside the box is neatly presented and packed separately ready to serve.

Any reheating instructions (if necessary) will also be provided in the box.
